We will be visiting one of the most inspiring coffee cooperatives in México, has more than 70,000 members in many towns around sierra the puebla, since I have an NGO that donates money to improve the harvest conditions and since I have been working for years to help the cooperative, I have access to incredible experiences that by no means a traveler can get by themselves. Since its a cooperative, people plants and harvest coffee in their backyard, in their houses, I now and have deep connections with many people, so we will be able to do a deep immersion in their way of living, worldview, traditions, and organization to harvest coffee.

On day one we will meet at the bus station and head to Puebla the city. As soon as we get there we will go to the beautiful apartment in which we will spend the first night. Then go to have lunch at one of the most delicious restaurants of the city. After that we will do a cultural route to have a general perspective of Puebla, one of the most vibrant a beautiful cities of the world.

Then we will have free time, so you can wander around or rest.

At 19:00 we will meet for a special dinner prepare special for you.

On the last day, we’ll pass through many coffee plantations on our hike in the jungle to reach a beautiful waterfall.
